How to delete your account

1. Sign in to the Pahadi Didi app.

2. Open Account.

3. Tap Delete account.

4. Follow the on-screen confirmation.

What is deleted

When account deletion completes, your Pahadi Didi account and profile, saved delivery addresses and their associated location coordinates are deleted. Your account role, checkout attempts, delivery quotes, reviews and their replies, customer notifications and associated notification-sending records, and registered push-notification tokens are also deleted.

You are signed out of the app and your saved delivery-address selection is cleared from that device. You no longer have access to that account or its order history. Deleting your Pahadi Didi account does not delete your Google or Apple account.

What may be retained

Certain order, transaction, payment, refund and operational records may be retained where necessary for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution or other legitimate business requirements.

The customer account link, saved-address link, delivery-address snapshot and customer note are removed from retained order records. Payment-event records may still contain contact and payment information received from the payment provider.

Information processed by payment providers may also be subject to their own retention requirements. Deleting a Pahadi Didi account does not automatically delete records held by those providers.
